You can permanently delete your Game of the Generals — Salpakan account at any time. This page explains how to delete your account in the app, and what happens to your data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in-app (recommended)
- Open Salpakan and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app or your account, you can request deletion by email:

Please include the email address associated with your account and the subject: “Salpakan Account Deletion Request”.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account (sign-in access is removed).
- Your profile fields we control (e.g., display name / username / photo) are scrubbed.
What may be retained
For operational integrity and safety, some data may be retained in a minimized / anonymized form:
- Match history and game records may remain so past matches continue to function and display consistently.
- In-game chat messages may remain in the match record, but your account is deleted and your profile is scrubbed.
- Reports you filed may be retained to help protect the community.
- Transaction records (e.g. App Store / Google Play purchase history) are retained by the store provider as required.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription in the store first:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Salpakan → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Salpakan → Cancel
